Our New Little Girl!

After laboring for over 12 hours our newest little princess is finally here! Courtney Elise Simon was born on November 18th weighing in at 6 lbs 13 oz and 19.5 inches long. She is such a sweetie and just perfect!

Courtney Elise Simon
The nurses laid her on my chest right after she was born at 8:59am.
Not a great picture, but hey, after laboring ALL night long with an epidural that I could basically just feel on one side of my body, I had to put this one on- it is well deserved!

She is holding her own binkie. Boy am I glad she will take one. Our little Alli-bug never took one! What a lifesaver!

Mommy, Daddy and Courtney after we were all cleaned up.

Daddy and his newest princess.

Courtney on her way home.

Kylie and Alli were at home celebrating their new sister's birthday. Grandma J helped them make some cupcakes- their favorite! They even put a candle in one for Courtney!

Due to the H1N1 flu, the hospital I delivered at would not allow any visitor under the age of 14. This is Kylie and Alli meeting their sister for the first time. They sure love being big sisters!!

Lindsey, you're not allowed to look pretty in your post-delivery pictures. It makes the rest of us look really crappy. But, you do look great, and she is beautiful.

I know it is random for me to comment, but I like to check in on fellow spokanites every once in a while. You have a beautiful family.

Oh, so precious. She's adorable. Congrats! I love the name too...that's one that I wanted to use for a girl, if we ever have one, but my Uncle used it last summer. Bummer! Hope you are doing well and getting as much sleep as possible with that newborn. I'm glad all went well. She's a doll.
